What methods can I use to pay?
We accept payment via Paypal, which will also let you use your Visa/Mastercard. We also accept Cash and Credit care at out location.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the seasonal nature of our business, we cannot accept returns. However, if your item is defective or not as described you may return it for a refund. Please contact us about your specific concerns and we can arrange something to make you a returning customer!
Do you offer bulk order discounts?
If you order 5 or more sweaters please contact us for a 10% discount on your order.
Can I view/Purchase my sweater in person?
Our location is 4535 19th ave NW, our sweater viewing hours are:
- Tuesday Dec 11th: 3pm-7pm
- Wednesday Dec. 12th: 3pm-7pm
- Thursday Dec. 13th: 3pm-7pm
- Friday Dec.14th: 3pm-7pm
- Saturday Dec.15th: 1pm-5pm
SHIPPING
In Canada
You’re in luck. Our business is based in Canada which means no hidden brokerage or duty fees unlike buying from the USA. Since a timely arrival of your order is essential we ship all of our sweaters through FEDEX Express. This gives each parcel shipped a tracking number, as well as a guaranteed shipping time of 3 days. If you need your sweater sooner please contact us at [email protected]. Overnight shipping by 10am is available if required!

Canada-Wide* – $24.95 – 44.95 – Dependent on number of sweaters ordered

*Rural areas may be shipped with CanadaPost Xpresspost and take longer to arrive please contact us prior to ordering for exact shipping times.

What are your sizes like?
We’ve categorized our sweaters roughly into small, medium and large depending how our medium sized, 5’8″ staff member can fit into it. Checkout our sizing guidelines here: Sizing Guidelines Page
Do you guys stock light up sweaters?
Unfortunately not. But we’ve got a wide selection of ugly sweaters, vests, sweatshirts in stock for the Christmas season.
Where do you get your ugly sweaters?
We couldn’t sift through enough thrift stores to get our sweaters locally. Our suppliers won’t tell us where they’re from either, but at least the identities of those offending grandmas are safe!
Are these sweaters new or used?
Our ugly Christmas sweaters come pre-enjoyed from those tacky years past. Unless specifically noted on the item we guarantee that the sweater you receive will be damage and stain free!
